This week we announced that we are teaming up with Aetna, a CVS Health company, in Arizona to launch our whole-person model of care to a cohort of Aetna Medicare Advantage members. 

Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of Aetna’s Medicare population by delivering a range of home-based healthcare services – everything from visits with doctors and nurses to assistance with rides and food needs. 

We are excited about expanding our footprint in Arizona and look forward to serving more Medicare Advantage members!
