Upward Health Expands Services in Louisiana
We are happy to announce our expansion into Northern Louisiana, furthering our mission to provide personalized, in-home healthcare services to underserved communities. With this expansion, we now serve tens of thousands of patients across Medicare, Medicaid, and Duals throughout Louisiana.
This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing growth in the state, where we have implemented programs that span from our core, whole-person care model to robust care coordination. Expanding into Northern Louisiana, especially the rural areas of Northeast Louisiana where access to healthcare is severely limited, will enable us to reach more individuals with complex healthcare needs.
