We are excited to announce our enhanced partnership with Centene subsidiary, Louisiana Healthcare Connections (LHCC). For over four years, we have been dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Louisianians through our in-home, whole-person care approach. This new value-based care agreement will enable us to expand our presence in Louisiana, allowing us to reach and serve even more LHCC Medicaid members.
