Brad has been involved in healthcare services field for 25+ years; and prior to co-founding BehaveCare, spent the previous 15 years as the CEO of three diversified national healthcare services providers.

Most recently, in 2009 he was recruited from the Board of Directors of Maxim Healthcare Services to the CEO role; putting in place a leadership team that drove a six-year operational, compliance, and financial turnaround of this $1.4 billion national provider of home healthcare, medical staffing, and corporate wellness services. Ultimately, this success was the inspiration for BehaveCare, a Company that would aspire to change the “behaviors” of providers, payers ,and regulators alike by focusing on improving the Total/Whole Health trajectory of every member we “touch”.

BehaveCare exists to be the “glue” in each member’s integrated care network. We will achieve that mission when we can effectively deliver “care anywhere”.

Brad began his healthcare career in 1990, as part of the team that grew Integrated Health Services, Inc, (“IHS”) a New Enterprise Associates (“NEA”) Portfolio Company, from start-up to a publicly traded, $3.6 billion diversified healthcare services provider operating 20+ business lines in 47 States, and employing over 100,000 team members. Over 9 years the IHS team raised over $5B in public debt and equity to fund both same store, and acquisition related growth.

Prior to entering the healthcare field Brad was in the Assurance practice at KPMG and is currently a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from Loyola University-Maryland with a B.A. in Accounting.
