Dr. Anubhav “Anu” Kaul

Chief Medical Officer

AKA: The Thinker

Anu serves as our Chief Medical Officer, overseeing the development and execution of clinical programs focused on improving outcomes, quality of care, and member satisfaction. He brings extensive experience in community-based healthcare, quality improvement, healthcare policy, and telehealth.

A board-certified internal medicine physician, Anu has held several medical leadership roles. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Mattapan Community Health Center in Boston, where he managed medical staff and primary care services while leading quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Hospitalist at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and served on the Board of Directors for Boston Healthcare for the Homeless.

Anu earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health from the Dartmouth Institute. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and a Hospital Management Fellowship at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.

When Dr. Kaul isn’t overseeing our medical programs, he is exploring small coastal towns of New England with his family. He also loves spending time immersed in constructive reflection at boutique coffee shops. Dr. Kaul also enjoys a good underdog story.
